My iPod Touch is stuck in boot loop.

Hello.

Recently, I was using my iPod Touch 7th Generation, running iOS 14. Then it got stuck in loading so I tried force resetting it and now its stuck on boot loop. I can't run iTunes on my PC because I can't update my computer yet. I've tried everything and it isn't working.
