People are saying they can't leave a message because messages are full, yet I don't have any unheard messages in my box. When someone calls me they are unable to leave a voice mail because they get a message saying "message box is full, unable to leave message" yet all my voice messages have all been listened to and most of them deleted.

when people. call my phone they can’t leave a voicemail because it says it is full when in actuality it is empty When people call my my iPhone and I’m not available to answer it they want to leave a voicemail. The voicemail box states it is completely full when in actuality it is empty. When I open my voicemail it is empty.

Voicemail is a carrier feature, call them to resolve the issue.
