Hello! I had a problem subscribing to apple music. A couple of days ago, I paid for a student subscription, which is valid for a month!!! The settings show that it lasts literally just a week. What is it? P.S. I attach a proof of payment dated September 27 and what is written in the settings (the subscription is valid until 10.10.2020). What?? 14 days? Is that some kind of joke? :/...

Hi, dmchk.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. We’re glad you decided to reach out about your Apple Music subscriptions. We can see from your screenshots that you were charged for something from Apple on September 27, and you’re showing that your Apple Music subscription is due to be charged on October 10.

Is it possible that the charge on September 27 was for something other than Apple Music? Following the guidance here will help you check:

If you see "apple.com/bill" or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support

If you can confirm that it was an Apple Music charge, check to see if anyone else in your Family Sharing group may have subscribed. If you’re the organizer, charges for all users will appear on your bank statement.

If you’re not able to find answers for the charges with these tips, we encourage you to reach out to contact Apple Support.
