When I go to look at the movies app, the screen will load saying “movies” and under it, “iTunes” with a loading circle and then eventually just brings up a blank screen. I’ve tried restarting the AppleTV, switching accounts, and restarting the app itself but none of those are fixing the issue. I have a stable internet connection and other apps like Netflix and the App Store work fine.

Thanks for posting! We understand you've been having some issues connecting on your Apple TV. It sounds like you see a loading circle when you access the Movies section; is that correct?
We recommend checking out this link for some troubleshooting: If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services
If the issue persists, try testing the iTunes Store on another device on your network. Does it work there?
