iOS 14 makes my iMessage freeze whenever I want to type, my phone freezes for like a minute even after I close the app

I have the same issue whenever someone sends me an imsg or when i compose when i first try and reply its freezes and the typing does not accept and then a few seconds later it responds and the text starts to appear
My iPhone X on iOS 14 the keyboard froze, and now my iPhone 12 the keyboard freezes. Almost want to return this thing since Apple still has no fix for it and released a buggy iOS.
