AirPods Pro not working correctly with iPhone 11

AirPods Pro work perfectly with iPad & Apple Watch, (when not connected to iPhone), but not with my iPhone 11.

I’ve tried all the solutions suggested, but only occasionally, after much reconnecting, they work OK, but when when put away, and then attempt to reconnect, the same problem?

Any idea please?
