Wrong file size showing in file info

Hello , I have bought external ssd of 500GB of Sandisk .

Problem i am facing is with its usage .

For example if i save txt file with data 2 Byte its using 1MB disk space . Minimum disk space is used is 1MB even file size is 5 byte or 10 byte .

I have attached snap . Kindly help me on this issue

Due to this my ssd getting fulled

Disk Available Hi all I was using MacBook Pro 2017 nTB with 256 ssd and High Sierra 10.13.4 Today I found something weird with the disk available in this OS. Example ssd has 12 GB available and I have copy single 2 GB file from download folder to desktop or other folder and after copied the available still 12 GB. I was using copy and not cut and paste. It was normal when I copy file from external hdd or flash disk to Macbook Pro. The disk available will reduced. Is it High Sierra bug ? Thank

Disk Utility . . . SSD . . . Space . . . the numbers don't add up. According to this information I have almost 64 GB of files but if you add them up they come to around 37 GB. Why? Where has the space gone? This is a list of everything . . .
