how to merge two apple IDs?

I have 2 AppleIDs: one for iTunes and subscriptions and a second one for iCloud. I'd like to merge the two in one.

Is this possible?

You can't merge Apple IDs. You can try setting up Family Sharing between the IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs.
