Problem with instagram

Hello, I noticed such a thing that when you scroll through posts in the instagram, the post is visible at the top, that is, the upper part of the screen seems to be divided into two parts. This only happens on Instagram, in all other applications everything is fine. In the screenshot I specified how it is displayed.

Instagram jumps to a different post When a friend texts me a link to an Instagram post and I follow the link, the video will start to play and then after 1-2 it will jump to a different, unrelated, post. I can use the back arrow to get back to the original post, but it's annoying to do that all the time. Is there a way to stop it from jumping? The Instagram app is current, and I'm using an iPhone 12 mini with the most recent iOS.
