Instagram - screen zooming out

Sometimes when using Instagram on my iPhone 11 Pro (updated to date, Instagram also updated) the screen will randomly zoom out, making every small and leaving a large border around everything. eventually it randomly reverts back to normal. Does anyone know why this is happening or how to fix it? Thanks in advance.
