Won’t download apps

I have tried to download 2 apps and my phone won’t download. One message said can’t process payment however both apps are free.

doesn’t make sense.

it turned out had to download a software update.

Once done then problem solved.

If the app offers in app purchases you must have a payment method on your account.

Have checked and I updated the payment detail but still will not download??

Hi, to get free and paid apps you need to have a valid payment. When you download an app remember to use a password, Touch ID, or Face ID.
