Zoomed front camera

Hi, i have a iphone XS, and the front camera on the actual phone is the regular size but as soon as i go on snapchat or instagram, the front camera is super zoomed in, how do i change that? I don’t like that at all, i would need a selfiestick just to be able to take a normal selfie..

Zooming in object on some app like in chrome home page my iPhone 14 pro max is having a zooming glitch, not camera but zooming object while browsing in some websites eg Chrome home page. Or photos in an email. It is shaking as it’s increasing, not smooth. Is anyone experiencing this? How can I resolve this glitch as I thought this would be corrected with recent updates but no. It’s so frustrating after buying an expensive like this
