Why does apple music pop up when I connect my bluetooth headphones?

Why does apple music pop up on my MacBook when I connect my bluetooth headphones? Really annoying. My Mac runs on Catalina en I have a Sony WH-1000XM4. I don't use Apple Music so deleting the app is also a option but not possible I guess?

Apple Music stops after playing 2 songs from my library Any ideas why Apple Music - on a MacBook Pro M1 running macOS Monterey 12.4 consistently stops after playing 2 tracks from my library? Ie not streaming but playing songs I have saved on my laptop in Apple Music? After 2 tracks, the music stops playing, the name of the first track still appears at the top as if it is still playing and I need to click the skip track button to restart the music - after doing this there are no further issues and tracks play continuously. The problem occurs again after I restart Apple Music, start playing a different playlist etc

Amazon Music audio terrible Apple CarPlay Lately Amazon Music sounds terrible when using Apple CarPlay. It sounds like it’s coming through a cheap 2” speaker. Very tinny sounding, not full. Bluetooth sounds fine but I obviously then lose the CarPlay features. I signed up for Spotify this morning and did a direct A/B test through apple car play. Spotify sounds normal. What is going on here?
