iTunes music

I have purchased songs on my iTunes account but I am unsure of how to make these ringtones on my phone? Do I need a laptop? Or can I use my iPhone? TIA

Hi, you can only use a song for a alarm, but if you go to ringtones in settings you can go to the tone store.
