How much does it cost to change the keyboard of MacBook Pro 16“?

I spilled soup (oily) on my laptop yesterday, basically on the lower right part of the keyboard and a bit on the touchpad. I didn't turn off the laptop and managed to wipe off the soup as soon as possible.

The laptop has been working fine so far, except that I find two keys sticky today (as shown in the photo attached), which is very annoying. The key I marked number 1 in the photo is quite used, but now it doesn't give me the kind reaction (return) feeling when I press it, and it is also not 100% reacting.

I don't have AppleCare+ unfortunately. So I looked it up on the Apple website to find some solutions. I live in the Netherlands and I've found that the Service & Repair for MAC page says it is 35 euros for a new Magic Keyboard. I wonder if it is for the built-in keyboard of MacBook Pro, or it is actually the independent Magic Keyboard for iMac or iPad Pro.

Also, after 6 months of using my MacBook Pro, some keys are shining now. It might be grease, or it might be the natural wear-off. I'm not sure, but I can't wipe it clean. Before the accident yesterday, my MacBook Pro had been maintained quite well. So besides putting a protector on the keyboard which I am not a fan, and typing with clean fingers, what else can I do to keep my keyboard grease/oil/shine free?

Thanks!

So does anyone know how much it costs to actually change the entire keyboard of a MacBook Pro? I can't find it on Apple website.

That type of repair is not published because it is seldom flat-rate repair. With any spill, there can also be logic board damage.

Best to have Apple evaluate but be prepared for some very bad news:

1) A large percentage of notebooks suffering spill damage never fully recover. Worse, damage from spills can be progressive, with problems appearing days or weeks later.

2) I believe the keyboard in that molde is integral with the upper deck and cannot be practically replaced separately. A new upper deck in the US is in the $500-600 range. That is assuming the logic board is not affected, which is a questionable assumption at best!

I recommend putting your homeowner's/renters' insurance carrier on notice of a potential loss now. That is probably the only financial relief you will have. You may end up needing a new computer.

I wish I had better news...
