My IP says it is listed in the XBL in SPAMHAUS because it appears in CBL. When I follow the links to have it removed, it puts me in (another) perpetual loop going back to asking for my IP Instead of somewhere to remove it! Please HELP. I cannot make any sales with my online business!

What IP address are you talking about?
Your phone gets a dynamic IP address from your cellular carrier when using cellular data. When on WiFi, the address is issued by your router, which gets an external address from your ISP.
I'm guessing this has nothing to with your phone, specifically, but is referencing the address you're getting from your ISP. Talk to them about it.

The nice guy that was helping with my last problem suggested I use SPAMHAUS to check my IP (I am eternally sorry to have asked the question while you were bored, but my online business has been down for 4 months & im not thinking clearly due to hunger. Seriously)
Oh, & I received (I assumed) a FAKE NOTICE FROM APPLE. SO maybe THATS why I came back here? 🤔
Anyone else? When this took over my screen I tried to delete the screen & no matter what I tried it wouldn’t delete, I was sent directly to this app in the “APPLE” App Store. This is my 1st iPhone, doesn’t Apple want notified of these?
You need to ask the people who run SPAMHAUS. This has nothing to do with Apple or your iPhone.
