Roadrunner/TimeWarner/Spectrum/ who knows?

I recently Started getting pop up saying my mail Server was not verified.

Not able to send emails from my IPad.

Went into my Spectrum/Roadrunner/TWC account and

changed the outgoing server from: mobile-smtp.roadrunner.com to mail.twc.com.

I am able to now send emails from IPad, but there is no content in body;

”This message cannot be displayed because of the way it is formatted. Ask the sender to send it again using a different format or email program.

text/plain”

Is there a outgoing smtp for TWC?

tried both port 25 and 575
