Hey alexfromarcadia,
We understand that you're having an issue connecting three displays with your Mac, and on one of the displays it only mirrors. We can help! To start, did you check to see if the "Mirror Displays" option is unchecked? To check, select the Apple menu > System Preferences > Displays, then on the "Arrangement" tab, is "Mirror Displays" checked at the bottom left? If so, remove the check and you should now have three separate Desktops. Here are more details about that setting and more: Use external monitors with your Mac
For the display that isn't being detected, see if these steps help: Get help with video issues on external displays connected to your Mac
Let us know how that goes.
Cheers!
