Mail app won’t let me log into Hotmail
Im trying to log in to my email because it recently stopped working and i thought logging out and back in would help. Nothing seems to work please help !

It sounds like you aren't able to log in to your Hotmail using your Mail app on the iPhone.
Have you tried to log in to your email account using webmail on a browser? If not, you can try that right now to see if you're able to log in with your account name and password to make sure the credentials are correct.
There are a few additional steps that you can follow here as well:
If you can't receive email on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
