What is your model Apple TV? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support

When did this message appear? What were you trying to do right before that happened?


If your Apple TV doesn't have a proper connection to the internet, then try restarting the router, any network gear, and your Apple TV. Often the device succeed in communicating then.
