How can I get an invoice for items purchased from Apple Store online?

How can I get an invoice for items purchased from Apple Store online.

I read that it's possible to log-in to Apple A/c - go to "Order Status" and then select "Print invoice"

BUT - there isn't an option to print an invoice on the "Order Status" page or anywhere else that I can find
