Problem with lock

Hello! Good day. I’m having a problem with my new iPhone 11 and it is after closing my screen pressing power button, my iPhone doesn’t get locked. When I tend to open iPhone again, I just press power button and it gets unlocked. It doesn’t ask for passcode or Face ID confirmation. It just gets unlocked by itself. How to turn on passcode lock or Face ID lock?
