I noticed that my iPhone X won't fast charging after iOS 14 update. I use 18W PD charger with USB-C to Lightning cable that works perfectly fine in iOS 13 and i don't get double chime either on iOS 14. Does anyone have some issues?

Yes 100% same with me. SE 2. iOS 13 no issues using 18w. Now I plug it in same phone on iOS 14 and it will charge for 20-30 seconds then just stop. If I unplug and plug back in will start again for 20-30 seconds. When this happens the charging symbol goes back to white and the lightning bolt goes away till I re plug it in. This is with apple 18w and apple USB c to lightning cord. I had been using a different 18w plug and thought that might have been the issue so bought apples and it hasn’t helped. I only noticed this as after sitting for a half hour it hadn’t charged so it’s not like it’s charging but not showing
My iphone XR cannot fast charging with 18W USB-C charger after update iOS 14, too. Hope Apple can fix this issue.
It would not charge fast slow or at all. Ultimately I replaced a 6 month old battery with a new battery and then did a recovery with the new battery and it works.
My XS max is also stopped fast charging after iOS 14 update! hope apple fixes it fast
My wife's brand new iPhone SE 2020 stops fast charging (charger also brand new) after like 30 seconds.

Isn’t there also a 14.2 beta that’s out? Has anyone tested on that? My feeling is that the issue hasn’t been escalated.

I have the Same Problem. With the 18w Adapter and the Long usb-c cable. But it works with the Same 18w Adapter and the Short usb-c cable.
I have the same problem. Single ping. And it takes FOREVER compared to fast charge to even get to 30%.

I regretted upgrading to iOS 14....
Same issue with iPhone X, any updates? 647mH at 39% versus 4656mH at 28%. Using Charger Testing app.
