I just discovered an orange dot in the right upper corner of my iPhone X. What is that? // Regards A

That means the microphone is active.

Ok, because I read somewhere that it is a symbol that shows that someone is using my microphone or camera to spy on me? That it’s supposed to be an integrity sign from apple? But I can’t find anything about it on apples own pages..
