My voicemails are suddenly gone and unable to access.

Recently, I noticed that I haven’t received any voicemails lately. I went to check them and I noticed it says to “enter a password and set a greeting.” I tried to enter a password multiple times and it continues to say voicemail error. I tried to go through the phone app to reset voicemail but I don’t even have that option; it’s completely disappeared. I’ve spent so much time trying everything possible. I made sure all my software and carrier updates were up to date, reset network settings, reset all content, pretty much everything been there done that. The weird part is I can go through siri to get my voicemails but it only shows voicemails dated back to 2019, nothing current. I’ve had friends try to send voicemails to see if anything would come through nothing works. I’m looking for any solution or anything I haven’t tried yet, willing to try anything.

Thanks

Contact your cellular carrier, as voicemail is a cellular carrier function.
