Had to go to the AT&T store to get my voicemail straightened out, 12 pro, now when you open the phone app and touch the voicemail icon, all it says is call voicemail, no list of old voicemails, or anything ?? Help !!

That means your line isn't provisioned to use visual voicemail if you have to call to check it.
Either call or go back to the AT&T store and have them fix the issue.
Thanks, I’ve reset everything, and it’s still the same, back to to the store we go.
