Why am I being charge charge 38 dollars on a app that it’s has a day trail I download it this morning and delete it today ?

It says “pending” which means you haven’t been charged yet. You need to cancel the subscription—>See or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

Why am I being charge 38 dollars on a free day trial? I download this morning didn’t like it and delete it again so. I don’t get it it’s says it’s was a free day trail
