Hi, welcome to the Apple Users Community.


In the preview window of the email there is a line separating the header from the email body. Move your mouse pointer over the line around the middle of the preview and a pop-up will show with the attachment icon and the number of attachments contained in the email.


Click the drop arrow and you will be offered options to save.
