Adding Custom Workouts to Apple Watch Series 3

How to add custom

workouts to Apple Watch? I have series 3 apple watch. The previous instructions

do not apply. My apple watch does not give me the option to custom name my

workouts anymore. Please help. I attached photo to show what my series apple

watch shows when it’s time to name my workout.
