Does anyone know what this means? The circle by my MAIL Icon? It comes up occasionally and often when I push the home button. If I want to go backwards I just go to a gray screen. Thankyou.

That colourful orb you’re seeing is Siri, iOS’ virtual assistant! It’s activated when you hold down the home button. To go home from an app, you do not need to hold it down — simply click it and you’ll see the Home Screen.

I hit the home key on 8plus and occasionally without doing anything a rotating circle of colors shows up above the home button before going away. It is strange. Ideas?
