There's no place to specifically check it off. Once the balance is on your account and you subscribe to iCloud storage, it'll automatically be charged.

If by "Apple credit" you mean the Apple Credit card, then go to Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > Transaction Defaults > make sure Apple Card is checked as the Default Card.
No, not Apple Card. I mean my iTunes credit balance. I read that it is possible to pay for iCloud storage with iTunes credit balance, but there is no where I can find to select that option.
