icloud email account on ipad not working
I cannot access my icloud email account on my new ipad
iPad Pro 11-inch Wi-Fi
In the mail app, it says "this icloud account has already been added to your ipad"

Did you already complete step #2 when you setup the iPad -- Set up iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support?
Are you accessing your mail via the Mail app or are you going to iCloud.com on the Safari app?
