Indicator light meanings

ios 14 has these new privacy and security features. They have both green and orange indicator lights , at least that’s the only two I could find information on . When I would make a phone call or use messenger to video chat I had a RED Indicator light. I of course tried to look it up found nothing, next I contacted apple with screen shots of a RED INDICATOR LIGHT and they sent me to a Page I already viewed about the orange and green indicator lights . After deleting multiple apps and checking all of my settings the red light still was showing when I would make a call / receive a call or use video chat . I used my terminal the command ls came beck cacert.pem

The next command was rm cacert.pem

immediately after I used this command I checked and there was no more red light. The problem was resolved but I still don’t know what the red indicator means ?
