Huge popup window too big for screen, cant exit.

I was sending a blast email to like 500 people and something went wrong.

I got an alert window stating:

"Cannot send message using the server XXX"

The server “XXX” did not recognise the following recipients:

The problem is that i can't go down to find the OK or Cancel button, the list is too long. The window is also locked so i cant move it up.

And even if i force quit my mail it comes back when i open it again.

Seems like a bug that was not accounted for, but how on earth do i fix it?

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.12

It was still in my draftbox. But after deleting it, it was finally gone.

Then Mail may be attempting to process that Sent contents again, thus reproducing the previous dialog. You might consider emptying your Sent folder to put an end to this dialog plague.

Usually, when an error dialog descends below the Dock, you can either press return, or a tab, followed by return to dismiss it. In that order. If you force quit Mail, and want to prevent it from reloading its previous application state, press the shift key when you launch Mail.
