Unable to activate iphone 7

Hello, I have a iPhone 7 Model "a1660" and I've ran into a problem after a update my phone appeared to have "No Service" I would like to ask how I should go about it with support. I've read that a repair is free for this certain problem with this certain model. My question is if this free repair is still a thing.

iPhone 7 No service I have an iPhone 7 with "no service". I tried to update/restore it to the factory setting but it keeps saying "Unable to Activate. An update is required to activate your iPhone". I searched online and found there is a recall for "no service" iPhone 7 but I am not sure if my phone is covered. I purchased it around 11/2016 and had the screen replaced by myself. Other than that, I don't see other issues with the phone. Let me know if it is still covered. If yes, how to? Can I ship it to Apple to get it fixed? Thank you!
