My little cousin set a passcode on my phone and now doesn’t remember it, is it possible to bring into a store to get my phone disabled

Yes or if you have a computer you can do it yourself. See instructions in If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
