Privacy Issue

I have apple watch series 4 and i am sending my watch to apple repair center for replacing battery.But, once my watch turned on then apple have access to my personal information like, pictures, contacts and all other applications. what about my privacy?? Then technicians have access to my watch !! i called apple support regarding this and they don't have any satisfied answer!!!

Afraid of send my watch to apple for repair!!
