Erase all?

If I hit “erase all content and settings”, will my phone number remain on my iPhone or will that we “erased” as well? Thank you

It's only going to erase the iPhone data, it's not going to do anything with the phone number. That is all provisioned through the SIM card. It gets that information from the provider that you use and has nothing to do with what will be erased.
