I just bought an Apple Watch, do you know if I can get the tax back from Apple?

I just bought an apple watch S6 recently from apple online. But I found that I do not need pay tax because I am a staff in the university. Do you know if I can get the tax back from apple?

New iPhone 13 and tax free I bought a new iPhone 13 and Apple Watch in Amsterdam on February 16, 2023 at Media Markt. When I was buying, I asked tax free form. They scanned my passport and gave me attached documents. At the Rotterdam airport, I got stamped my tax free forms and they told me I have to send my documents to Global Blue . However, they did not give me further information. After I arrived Turkey, they said they do not know about tax free. My question is that how I can refund my tax.
