My iPhone has unpaired from my watch but my watch hasn’t unpaired from my phone? I’m now unable to re-pair it to my iPhone as it’s still connected to it? Somehow?? I’ve tried every troubleshoot but nothings worked?

To help determine, if an Apple Watch is paired to an iPhone you can open Control Center and see if there's a green iPhone icon. For details and a visual, please reference the section in this article that says, "Check your Apple Watch connection": If your Apple Watch isn't connected or paired with your iPhone
Now, if you'd like to unpair the Apple Watch and re-pair it to your iPhone, you can follow the last section in the article we provided that says, "Unpair your devices, then pair them again."

Go into Watch App on your phone and select watch at the top, then select the "information" or "i" in the circle, then you sill see the option to unpair.
