In Podcasts (iOS 14), a played episode won't leave the Up Next queue.

Even though it's marked as Played, I can't get one episode from one podcast out of the Up Next list. FWIW, it's marked as a bonus episode from an unknown season, but it's not the only one in this category. Despite being marked as played, it still shows "Resume - 1 hr 27 min left." I did scrub through the episode to get closer to the end, played a little bit, then marked the episode as played. I've done this countless times before.

The episode was from July 5th, 2020, so I took action to mark it as played well before the upgrade to iOS 14, so I'm not sure why this particular episode Lazarused itself into Up Next again after the upgrade.

Any suggestions are welcome.

FWIW, I unsubscribed to the podcast with the sticky "played but still showing in Up Next" episode, then re-subscribed. The previously problematic episode no longer shows in Up Next. Hopefully this helps other people.

I am having the same issue since the update I believe. My sticky episode is from October 16th and unsubscribing and deleting all the current downloads I had from the show still haven’t helped. Am I just stuck with this episode in my queue forever?
