How do I set "High Elevation Environment" in the Oxygen Saturation screen of iPhone health app

There is an entry in the more data section of the Oxygen Saturation screen called "High Elevation Environment" I live is Denver, so I do I enter data for that and what should the value be for someone living at 5885 feet?

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities! It seems you're curious about the High Elevation Environment setting in the Health app.


The Apple Watch has a built-in altimeter to detect elevation. High Elevation Environment refers to Blood Oxygen readings taken while in a high elevation environment, and isn't a setting where you'll type in data:
