Can I update iPhoto app on MacOS 32 bit with Catalina? What is the alternative app?

iPhoto will not run on macOS Catalina. The alternative is "Photos" which replaced iPhoto in 2015 and which is installed on Macs since then. If you hold down the option key while starting Photos you can select your iPhoto library and it will be converted and open in Photos.
