I have a charge on my bank account for $9.99. I have not purchased anything from Itunes or Apple. Neither have my children. The only ongoing deduction is for 0.99 ea month for Icloud space. What is this charge for?

I found the problem...I or someone had accidentally subscribed to some subscription and I cancelled it! Thanks for the help!
