Merely going past the right side scroll bar causes the page you are on to move quite a bit. Particularly bad for right handed people. Apple-please listen! Short of going back to IOS 12, this is very annoying.
The fix-give your customers the option of moving the scroll bar to another side or even better how to turn it off!

The small scroll bar on the right side of the screen. You can either touch the bar and move your screen up or down, or just moving a finger or part of your hand near the scroll bar causes it to inadvertantly change what you are looking at on your screen.
The scroll bar is there in all my apps. If you dont see the bar touch your finger to the right side of your screen where the screen meets the black border.
What scroll bar? In what app?
Going back to iOS 12 is not an options.
This is on my ipad, 7th generation as well as my iphone 6s.
