Unnecessary charging by apple

I have a question, I keep getting charged by apple for things I’m not even buying. My card isn’t even on as a payment method anymore for months now since this has started to happen and apple is still charging things to my account. It’s draining my bank account and it’s honestly annoying and I want to know how to stop that or block it because I called for apple support help and I didn’t get anywhere. Hopefully I get somewhere here.

Use the following to see what the charges are for: If you see "apple.com/bill" or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support


If the charges are for subscriptions, see the following instructions to cancel: See or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support


If any of the charges are for upgraded iCloud storage, cancel by downgrading to the free 5GB plan. See instructions in: Downgrade or cancel your iCloud storage plan - Apple Support
