Memoji Missing in App Drawer of iPhone 11 ??

A friend with an iPhone 11 and iOS 14.0.1 received an animated emoji from me and wanted to make one. However, when I guided her to the iMessage App Drawer, she could find Memoji Stickers, but not Memoji either in the App Drawer or the listing when the three dots at the right end of the Drawer are tapped.

Memoji is part of iOS so it is not listed in the iMessage App Store. Where else can it be hiding?

I have already read the support links below, however, they simply indicate Memoji should be in the iMessage App Drawer; not what to do if it is missing.

Based on what you mentioned, it sounds like your friend is having some trouble locating the iMessages apps. The app you mentioned should be in the list once you follow these steps.

"Want to change a Memoji that you already created? You can edit the features, duplicate an existing Memoji with new features, or delete a Memoji.

Open Messages and tap the Compose button to start a new message. Or go to an existing conversation.
Tap the Memoji button or Memoji Stickers button , then select the Memoji that you want.
Tap the More button . Then choose Edit, Duplicate, or Delete."

If they've tried these steps and do not see the app, they may want to close iMessages and Restart your iPhone.
