A Couple of Thoughts:
- Any Other "Nearby" Bluetooth Devices?:
Disable Bluetooth on another device these may be pairing with.
- Try hard resetting your iPhone:
- Go To: Settings
- Select: General
- Scroll to: the Very Bottom
- Select: Shut Down
- Slide Finger: to the Right
- Wait: 30 Seconds
- Power One: the iPhone
- Try this Once More
