I can’t pair my Apple Watch to my new phone

Recently I got a new phone and it transferred all my iCloud information to my new phone. I unpaired my Apple Watch from my old phone and tried paring it to my new phone but it says my iCloud information is wrong and I know it’s correct. What do I do?
