He I’m confused it says I can’t get rid of my PayPal because there’s an active subscription and on the account it requires at least one payment on file somebody help me

We understand that you are having some difficulty changing payment methods, and we'd like to help. If you have an active subscription or other items on your account that require a payment method, you may try adding your new card first, then removing the old one. These resources will guide you:
